Thanks for your publication on this website. From my own personal experience, periodically softening right up a photograph may well provide the digital photographer with an amount of an inspired flare. More often than not however, this soft blur isn't precisely what you had at heart and can frequently spoil a normally good picture, especially if you thinking about enlarging them.
